Billboard Hot Singles

iTunes album cover for JumboNote Does Billboard Hot Singles 2017 Album designed by Manuel Andrade

Following the success of JumboNote’s latest album release on iTunes titled ‘JumboNote Does Retro 2016′, 2017 is promising to be a big year full of  plenty of opportunities and exciting new projects for students to whet their musical appetites with. Previous themes explored were ‘retro’ and ‘soul’ which, utilised a majority of songs from past eras, so this year we are going with a more modern approach and encouraging students to involve themselves with today’s current music…. without further ado, the theme this year for our 2017 album will be ‘Billboard Hot Singles’.

This album will feature songs made famous by artists such as Adele, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Train, Maroon 5 and P!nk to name just a few. We strongly encourage all students to get involved,

BillboardHot100-1as learning different styles only creates a more versatile performer. All our performance bands & groups will play a huge part in the production of this album as will the ever talented Mr. Manuel Andrade, who will produce the album.

All recitals during term 2 & term 3 will utilise the ‘Billboard Hot Single’ theme. We will choose the top 14 – 18 performances and songs from our recitals, and then record and release the album on iTunes and GooglePlay. This is an exciting opportunity for all students of JumboNote to have an iTunes album as part of their performance portfolio.
