Themed Concerts and Albums Coming Soon 2015!

JumboNote Does SoulJumboNote Music School continually strives to offer students exciting real world projects to enhance student’s learning experience whilst keeping all students inspired, and for 2015 we have come up with new and exciting features which will no doubt excite everyone!

Following the success of JumboNote’s latest album released on iTunes titled ‘Christmas With JumboNote 2014′, the new year is promising to be bigger and better with plenty of opportunities and exciting new projects coming to JumboNote. For the first time, in term 1 we will be introducing themed concerts each term for our vocal students, with ‘JumboNote Does Soul’ being the first genre/theme concert and album we will be exploring in 2015!

We are excited to introduce many of our singers to explore classic soul songs from Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding and Ray Charles just to name a few. Also, the themed concerts will be a perfect platform for JumboNote staff to select the best performers to take part in our next iTunes release album which will be also titled ‘JumboNote Does Soul’. We will be releasing 8 – 14 songs featuring JumboNote students performing all the greatest soul hits in one compilation album.

Other genres we will be exploring in 2015 are ‘JumboNote Does Disco’, ‘JumboNote Does the Movies & Musicals’ and ‘JumboNote – Australiana’ which will feature only Aussie songs! I’m sure you will all be excited to take part in our themed concerts and the album releases that will follow. We also would like to take this opportunity to thank all our students and families for your continued passion and support, and wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a blessed, healthy New Year!
